ADHD Coaching for Adult Individuals
About Me & How I Work
I work with adults, particularly those in creative, marketing, and professional environments, who want to understand their ADHD brain and build a life that fits it.
I have ADHD. I’m not coaching you from the outside; I’ve lived this. The late nights, the shame spirals, the brilliant ideas that never quite made it off the ground. I get it at a level a textbook can’t teach. I come from the professional world. I know the specific pressures of professional environments, the meetings, the emails, the performance reviews, the politics. My coaching speaks that language.
My approach brings together 20 years in HR and people development, evidence-based ADHD coaching, and lifestyle medicine; because how you sleep, move, eat and manage stress is inseparable from how your brain performs.
My coaching is empathetic, practical, and grounded in your real life. I won’t give you a one-size-fits-all system. We’ll build something that works for your brain, your job, and your life.
Sessions are collaborative and honest. This isn’t about fixing you, it's about understanding how your brain actually works, and building a life and set of habits around that, rather than around what you think you "should" be doing. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds.
Areas I Work With
- Adults diagnosed with ADHD
- Adults who suspect they might have ADHD but haven’t yet or don’t want to seek a diagnosis
- Transitioning from diagnosis to self-understanding
- Executive function and daily structure
- Sleep, energy and everyday routines
- Workplace strategies and burnout prevention
- Emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity
- Building sustainable routines (not rigid ones)
My Training
I’m currently completing my Assured Certificate in ADHD Coaching with Barrett Coaching and Training. The qualification is dual accredited by the Association for Coaching and the Universal Coaching Alliance. Alongside this, I am in the process of gaining a Diploma in Baking as a Lifestyle Medicine from The Sourdough School — because I’m very interested in how nutrition and gut health can support ADHD brains.

My Rates
We start with a free 30 minute discovery call. It’s a relaxed conversation about where you are and where you’d like to get to. No pressure, no commitment, just an honest chat to see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll agree on an approach that suits your goals. Some people want a single focused session; others benefit from a longer package of work. We’ll decide together.
Please enquire for fees. I am currently offering a reduced rate while I complete my final practice coaching hours.
