About Me & How I Work
Sometimes we reach a point in our lives where we experience difficulty in making sense of our lives, and relationships. You could be struggling with loss or change in your life. Sense of being ‘stuck’ in your life, feeling it hard to trust. Finding it hard to talk about what is happening for you and any fears or issues you may have.
People come to therapy with many different issues and for reasons. Therapy can help you look at things from a different perspective. When your feelings are difficult to understand and manage, being able to talk to someone who allows you to explore what is happening for you in a non-judgemental, confidential, warm and safe environment can help you better understand yourself.
I offer both short and long-term work and can help you challenge any limiting beliefs, how you see yourself and help to build an awareness of yourself. A growing understanding of who you are and how some behaviours and patterns developed can make an impact on how you behave in future and can prepare you to be better able to overcome difficulties in the future.
As a Humanistic therapist I believe that we all deserve to live a life that has opportunity to both change and grow for the better. Through this positive approach to therapy a person can help people control and maximise their life experiences and support them in developing their own goals and solutions. Having lived and worked in many countries I have a diverse experience of cultural backgrounds.
