About Me & How I Work

I am trained as a Gestalt therapist, and I love Gestalt, because of its creative playfulness, interwoven with the solid foundation of compassionate listening.
We may use imagery, sound, and short guided mindful meditation to help you find more awareness about your world, and what brings you to counselling, right now.

What we experience is felt equally in our body, so finding gentle ways to notice this, can also create a safe space to access awareness and understanding around your own unique patterns of living.

To be supported, seen, and heard with compassion and acceptance while you breathe into the worries, and the possibilities, creates the potential for change and healing.

I may at times gently challenge you, but I will always, to the best of my ability, be beside you as you rediscover your joyful sense of being perfectly imperfect, and complete.

I offer an introductory session or an initial short phone call for any practical queries you may have.

My work is governed by the BACP ethical code. I receive regular supervision from experienced supervisors in both Gestalt and Couples Therapy.

I am a Member of the UKCP and a Registered Member of the BACP, and am governed by the UKCP and BACP code of ethics.

My Rates

I charge £75 per 50 minute session for individuals.

£100 per 60 minute session for couples

These rates are reviewed annually
