About Me & How I Work
I take an individualised approach with every client, starting with a detailed postural and movement assessment to understand what your body truly needs. This helps me identify imbalances, weaknesses, or habits that may be causing discomfort, so together we can create a plan that is not only effective but also realistic and sustainable for you.
In our sessions, I blend corrective exercise, clinical Pilates, and muscle activation techniques to restore function and ease of movement. I also incorporate guidance on nutrition and mindset, because feeling strong and pain-free is about more than just the body – it’s about creating balance and resilience in everyday life. My focus is always on addressing the root cause, so you can build lasting confidence in how your body moves and feels.

I bring together over 15 years of professional experience in movement, rehabilitation, and strength training, supported by a broad range of qualifications. My core training includes:

Alongside my fitness and therapy credentials, I hold a Master’s degree in English and a Diploma in Pedagogy and Psychology, which enrich my approach to teaching, communication, and client support. This unique combination allows me to deliver not only evidence-based physical training but also the mindset, motivation, and educational tools clients need to make lasting change.

£90 for a 50-minute individual therapy session
