About Me & How I Work

I work with both adults and couples, with a particular interest in relationship issues, self esteem and anxiety.

Relationships may be sources of love, support and nourishment but can also cause you to feel anxious, stressed, confused, in pain and in turmoil. You may have hit a time when you feel very lost and it is unclear what comes next. It is perfectly normal to feel anxious, confused or challenged about areas in our life such as ageing, relationships, family and the direction of our careers.

I believe the work of therapy is to understand and free up outdated and restrictive ways of being so you can live with greater autonomy and vitality. Together we will explore what is important to you by working on your inner and outer resources to deal with the ups and downs of life.

I work online and face-to-face with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, coming from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, different genders and ages. I provide a non-judgmental, confidential and safe space within which we will work together.

My Training

I am a UKCP registered Certified Relational Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist CTA(P), with an MSc and Diploma in TA Psychotherapy.

I am an experienced clinical practitioner having worked at Metanoia Counselling and Psychotherapy Service (MCPS) in Ealing (London Borough of Ealing), Phoenix Counselling & Psychotherapy Service in Feltham (London Borough of Hounslow) and Putneymead NHS Foundation Trust in Putney (London Borough of Wandsworth).

I am a Member of the UKCP and governed by the UKCP code of ethics. I am also member of IARTA, the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis.

My Rates

£75 per 50-minute session for individuals
£100 per 60-minute session for couples

I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation.
